¶ New role - Role source assignment
The Role source assignment tab lets you configure the role's access to individual ramps and sources organised by branch. Availability, approval and notifications can be configured separately for each source.
¶ Source access settings
Select all
Toggle to bulk-select all sources.
Ramp (Source)
List of branches and their ramps. Parent branches are shown in bold; indented entries are individual ramps.
Availability
Whether users with this role can see the source in the reservation form.
Approval
Whether users with this role can approve reservations for the source.
Notifications
Whether users with this role receive email notifications for the source.
CMR
Whether users with this role receive CMR documents for the source. The column is available (editable) only when all three conditions are met:
- CMR printing is enabled in System Settings
- "Email notification CMR" is checked on the Role tab (Notifications section)
- The role does not have "Role for end users - customers" checked
