¶ Accounts administration - New user
The New User form is used to create a new user account. The same form opens when editing an existing account via the Edit icon in the list.
¶ Legend
1. Basic information
Username, First name, Last name, Phone, Company, Additional company name, Auto-generate password, Language, Notes.
2. Welcome email and manuals
Send welcome email - toggle to send a welcome email when the account is created. Manuals for End users and Manuals for Administrators / Editors - select language versions of manuals to attach to the welcome email.
3. User roles
Assign one or more roles that determine the user's permissions in the system. Available roles: Administrator, Editor, Production manager, Warehouse worker, Gate security, Reader, API access, End user, Warehouse person. Additional options: Do not offer user on reservation form, Block access.
4. Email notifications
Toggle to enable sending email notifications to the user.
5. Resource assignment
Table listing the ramps and sources the user has access to. For each source the following columns can be configured: Availability, Approval, Notifications.
