¶ Drivers & Plates - Overview
The Drivers & Plates module is used to manage drivers and vehicle licence plates, which are offered in the reservation form to individual companies.
When connected to an automatic gate, the module also serves as a list of allowed and banned vehicles for entry to the premises.
Based on the flag set for a specific licence plate, the system will - upon reading it - either automatically allow entry, deny access, or simply record the event without further action.
Export drivers - exports the list of drivers to an Excel file.
Legend:
- Overview - opens a table with a list of all registered drivers and licence plates
- Create - creates a new driver and licence plate record
- Column filtering - fields for quick search by values in individual columns
- Advanced filter - allows filtering records by predefined criteria
- Global search - full-text search across the entire table
