A HAR file (HTTP Archive) captures all network communication from your browser - every request, response, its content and timing. When reporting an issue with the application, a HAR file allows us to identify exactly what happened without requiring screenshots or a description of the application's behavior.
The HAR file contains sensitive data - login tokens, cookies, and response content. Send it only directly to our support email, do not share it publicly.
When a support engineer opens a HAR file, they get a technical overview of all network requests:
This allows the exact cause of a problem to be identified without needing to reproduce it on the support side.
Attach the saved HAR file to an email at support@timeslotcontrol.com along with a description of the problem and the steps you took before it occurred.
