The scoring - delivery report evaluates the punctuality of deliveries to the destination. It compares the actual delivery time (timestamp on a specific time slot) with the expected delivery time entered in the reservation form. Use it for monitoring delivery quality and tracking carrier SLAs.
The Scoring (HH:MM) column represents the sum of delays for a given carrier across all their reservations in the selected period.
Legend:
- Date selection - defines the period for which the scoring is evaluated
- Branch selection - limits displayed data to the selected branch only
- Dock (resource) selection - filters the report for specific docks or dock groups
- Tolerance (min) - sets the time tolerance for evaluating on-time or late deliveries
- Include deleted reservations - includes deleted reservations in the calculation
- Export to Excel - downloads the currently displayed report in Excel format
- Carrier table - overview of scoring results for individual carriers, including:
- total number of reservations
- number of on-time deliveries
- deliveries within tolerance / after tolerance
- carrier no-shows
- rejected and deleted reservations
- total delay time (Scoring)
