¶ Notifications administration - Automated notifications
The page configures settings for automated notifications sent based on time conditions, independently of direct user actions.
¶ Legend - urgent delivery settings
1. Send notification at start
of urgent delivery

Checkbox to enable a notification when an urgent delivery begins.
2. Email recipients
Select recipients for the urgent delivery email notification.
3. Send to reservation initiator
Checkbox to also send the notification to the reservation initiator.
¶ Legend - delivery deadline settings
4. Send when undelivered
Checkbox to enable a notification when a delivery has not been completed.
5. Time to send undelivered
Time at which the undelivered notification is sent.
6. Start date for tracking
Date from which undelivered tracking becomes active.
¶ Legend - "Carrier is unknown" notification settings
7. Enable automatic notifications
Checkbox to activate automatic notifications when the carrier is unknown.
8. Notification time interval
How often the notification repeats (in hours).
9. Time interval before start
Number of hours before the reservation start when tracking activates.
10. Weekend notifications on
Fridays
Fridays
Checkbox to move weekend notifications to Friday.
