¶ Attachment sending rules
The page manages rules for automatically attaching files to email notifications. Each rule defines which attachment types should be sent and under what conditions.
¶ Legend - list
1. Create
Button to add a new attachment sending rule.
2. Filter
Dropdown for filtering rules by notification type.
3. Search
Text search in the rules list.
4. Table data
List of rules (Name, Notification type, Updated); Edit and Open icons at the start of each row; pagination at the bottom of the table.
¶ Legend - form
Name
Rule name (required).
Notification type
Notification type the attachments are linked to (required; dropdown).
Reservation attachment types
Select which attachment types should be included (required).
Send attachment only if field value meets condition
Checkbox for conditional attachment inclusion based on a reservation field value.
Send attachments to standard recipients per default settings
Checkbox to send attachments to the default notification recipients (checked by default).
Send attachments to explicitly specified recipients
Checkbox to send attachments to manually specified recipients.
