¶ Accounts administration - New role
The Role tab contains basic role information, general settings, freeze time configuration, email notifications and system permissions.

1. Tabs
Form navigation tabs: Role, Reservation permissions, Other permissions, Role source assignment.
2. Basic information
Role name (required), Display name in all language versions, Description (required).
3. General settings
Toggles: System role, Read only, Super administrator, Role for warehouse workers, Role for end users - customers, Role for API, Add role to newly created users, Show unavailable actions. Order field.
4. Freeze following time
Only applies when System Settings has the freeze mode set to "For X following hours". If the value set on this role is longer than the system/branch setting, it overrides it - users with this role cannot create or edit reservations within a larger window from the current moment. When a user has multiple roles, the longest value across all roles takes effect. Fields: Days, Hours, Minutes.
5. Notifications
Email notification toggles: for newly created reservation, on delivery, on user account creation, from contact form, CMR. Followers table settings: Always add, Do not add.
6. System permissions
Toggles: Show system settings page, Manage system settings, Manage tenant, Manage subscription, Edit email notification templates, Manage SMTP server.
