The system includes six predefined roles covering typical operational needs. Each role can be copied and customised, or a new role can be created from scratch.
Full access to all system features including system settings, user management, roles and all operational actions.
Warehouse operator or dispatcher. Has access to all reservations (own and others'), can approve/reject, perform all processing steps and manage company data. No access to system settings.
Dock-side warehouse staff. Can record the start and end of handling, and carrier arrival and departure. Cannot create or approve reservations.
Gatehouse staff. Can view all reservations for the day and record carrier arrival and departure. Cannot edit or create reservations.
Read-only access. Can view all reservations but cannot perform any actions or make changes.
Role for carriers and external partners. Can create, view and edit only their own reservations. No access to other users' reservations or administration.
This role is automatically assigned to newly registered users if configured to do so.
