The Reservation Attachments module allows you to upload and manage files directly on a specific reservation. One or more documents can be attached to a single reservation - for example delivery notes, photo documentation or internal notes in PDF or image format.
Attachments make it easy to share documentation between carriers, editors and warehouse staff without the need for external email or shared storage. All documents related to a shipment are available directly in the reservation detail - in real time, for all authorised users.

In the reservation action dialog (workflow status change), attachments can be uploaded directly from a mobile phone or tablet - for example photos taken at the dock during vehicle processing.
Photos taken via the action dialog are automatically linked to the current workflow status of the reservation.
If a reservation has at least one attachment, an attachment icon is displayed directly on the reservation block in the schedule. Editors can see at a glance which reservations contain documents.
