The Custom Actions module allows you to add your own buttons and actions to the reservation action dialog, tailored to your company's specific processes. The standard workflow can be extended with steps specific to your operation - without any programming required.
Every company has different internal processes. Custom actions allow you to capture and digitalise your own workflow steps directly in the application - for example quality control confirmation, delivery note sign-off, damage recording or custom alerts.
Typical use cases:
Each custom action can be configured with the following parameters:

| Button label | Text displayed on the button in the action dialog |
| Icon | Optional button icon |
| Permissions | Which roles can trigger the action (editor, admin, all...) |
| Mandatory comment | User must fill in a text field before confirming |
| Photo attachment | Option to attach a photo directly from a mobile device |
| Notification | Send email or SMS when the action is triggered |
| Dock filter | Action is only shown for selected docks |
