The Cross Dock module enables automatic linking of a loading reservation and an unloading reservation between two branches. Once loading is complete at one branch, a follow-up unloading time slot is automatically created at the second branch - with no manual planning required.
Typical scenario:
The result is a smooth transfer of cargo between branches with no unnecessary waiting and no manual coordination between planners.
The module offers three configurable levels:
Once loading is complete, the system automatically creates an unloading slot at the target branch.

The follow-up slot is always created at a specific linked dock at the target branch - fixed by the dock relationship defined in administration.
Cross-dock reservations do not require approval - they are created automatically and immediately approved.
