¶ Report - Capacity
The capacity report tracks the average occupancy (utilisation) of individual resources over a selected period. It helps identify unused capacity, overloaded docks, and optimise logistics operations planning. Use it when planning capacity or identifying bottleneck docks.
Legend:
- Date selection - defines the period for which capacity is evaluated
- Branch selection - limits displayed data to the selected branch only
- Dock (resource) selection - filters the report for specific docks or dock groups
- Extended report options - adjust how capacity is calculated
- include reservations awaiting approval
- include reservations of type "Carrier did not arrive"
- hide weekends
- Export to Excel - downloads the currently displayed report in Excel format
- Capacity table - shows the percentage utilisation of individual docks by day, including the overall average for the selected period
