¶ Report - Export Reservations
The reservation export generates a data output of reservations for a selected period. The resulting Excel file can be used for further processing, sharing, or archiving. Suitable for detailed analysis in Excel, sharing with clients, or connecting to Power BI.
Legend:
- Branch selection - determines which branch the reservations will be exported for
- Date from - sets the start date of the tracked period
- Date to - sets the end date of the tracked period
- Excel export type - allows selecting the exported file structure based on the required data scope
- Standard - predefined format with a fixed column structure, suitable for standard overviews and archiving
- Custom (ungrouped) - each reservation row is a separate record without grouping; suitable for import into external tools (Power BI, Tableau) or custom pivot analysis in Excel
