¶ Report - Inbound Forecast
The inbound forecast report evaluates the expected volume and weight of cargo to be processed within booked time slots over a selected period. It helps plan warehouse capacity, staffing, and handling equipment based on anticipated workload. Use it before planning staff allocation or when accepting new orders.
Legend:
- Date selection - defines the period for which the forecast is displayed
- Branch selection - limits data to the selected branch only
- Requested action - filters reservations by logistics operation type (e.g. loading / unloading)
- Show completed reservations only - includes only already processed reservations in the calculation
- Export to Excel - downloads the currently displayed report in Excel format
- Forecast chart - shows the trend of total volume and weight over time based on selected filters
- Data legend - allows toggling individual metrics on or off:
- total volume (m³)
- total weight (kg)
