¶ Report - Overview
Reports provide graphical and data-based evaluation of reservations over a selected period. They allow tracking of dock utilisation, reservation counts, and other operational metrics. Suitable for regular monitoring of workload and overall logistics performance.
Legend:
- Date selection - defines the period for which report data is displayed
- Branch selection - limits the report to the selected branch only
- Dock (resource) selection - filters data for specific docks or dock groups
- Filters - allow displaying only a selected data type based on the chosen criterion
- Export to Excel - downloads the currently displayed overview in Excel format for further processing
- Overview chart - shows the trend of tracked values over time based on selected filters and period
- Legend and data types - allows toggling individual metrics on or off:
- total number of reservations
- available time
- occupied time
- number of deliveries
- reservation statuses
