¶ Order Stack - Summary Overview
The Order Stack is an add-on module of the Time Slot Control system. It is used to work with pre-prepared orders from which time slot reservations are subsequently created.
Orders can be loaded into the system:
- automatically from an ERP system (via API)
- or created manually by a user
Each order contains predefined information (e.g. goods type, quantity, weight, date, carrier, etc.) without the need to specify a particular reservation time.
¶ Summary overview
The Summary overview page provides an overview of all orders in the stack across their statuses.
Legend:
- New stack item - create a new order manually
- Filter - filter orders by selected criteria
- Search - full-text search in the order list
- Order list - overview of orders including basic information (type, supplier, recipient, dates, etc.)
- Add to cart - add selected orders to the cart to create a reservation
¶ Order sections
The stack divides orders into several statuses:
¶ Unconfirmed
Newly created or synchronised orders. Orders have not yet been confirmed for execution.
¶ Confirmed
Orders for which the user has confirmed execution. Acts as an intermediate step before creating a reservation.
¶ Cart
Contains orders prepared for reservation creation. Works similarly to a shopping cart in an e-shop.
¶ Reserved
Orders that already have a time slot reservation. A single order can have multiple reservations.
¶ EXW Orders
A specific order type based on customer configuration.
¶ User access
- Administrator sees all orders in the stack
- End user (carrier) sees only relevant orders according to their role

- Automatic pre-filling of reservations
- More efficient time slot planning
¶ ERP synchronisation
Orders can be regularly synchronised from an ERP system. ERP identifiers must be configured for correct operation.
