¶ Visits - Create Visit
The form is used to plan a new visit and register persons who will enter the premises.
The module allows tracking the presence of visitors on the premises, which is important for reception, security, or emergency services.
When selecting a visitor from the list, the company name and health and safety briefing information are filled in automatically.
Legend:
- Visit planning - set the date and time of the planned arrival and optional recurrence (daily, weekly, monthly, yearly)
- Contact details and visit type - enter phone, email, vehicle licence plate, and select the visit type
- Visitors - list of persons entering the premises including company, ID number, access card, health and safety briefing status, and departure record
- Persons visited - persons the visitor is coming to see, with the option to send an email notification upon arrival
