¶ Visits - Visitor List
The Visitor List page is used to manage all visitors who may enter the premises.
For each person, it is possible to record their name, company, and health and safety briefing date. These details are then automatically filled in when planning a new visit.
The person registry enables quick visitor lookup and speeds up reception or gatehouse check-in.
Legend:
- Create - add a new person record to the visitor registry
- Advanced filter - allows filtering records by predefined criteria
- Global search - full-text search in the visitor list
- Pagination - switch between pages and set the number of records displayed in the table
