¶ Visits - Overview
The Visits module provides an instant overview of planned and currently ongoing visits at the premises.
It is primarily used by reception or security to record visitor arrivals and departures, and also serves as a reference in case emergency services are needed.
Each visit records the company, visit details, information on health and safety briefing, persons visited, and visit status.
Legend:
- Create - create a new visit
- Visit display switcher - filters the list to show expected or ongoing visits
- Advanced filter - allows filtering records by predefined criteria
- Column filtering - quick search by values in individual columns
- Global search - full-text search across the entire table
- Pagination - switch between pages and set the number of records per page
