¶ Reservations - Table
The Table page displays reservations for a selected period as a row-by-row list. Unlike the calendar, it allows viewing multiple days at once, filtering by any column and exporting data to Excel.
¶ Controls
Table filter
Limits displayed records by period (date from–to), branch or dock (resource).
Search
Full-text search across the entire table — reservation number, company name, licence plate, driver name, etc. Supports special operators for precise filtering.
Column filters
Shows / hides a filter row for each individual column — allows filtering e.g. only reservations with a specific status, carrier or dock.
Export to Excel
Downloads the currently displayed and filtered list in Excel format. For a more detailed data export, use the Report - Reservation export page.
Pagination
Switch between pages and set the number of records per page.
¶ Available row actions
For each reservation in the list, the following actions are available:
- Detail — opens the reservation edit form
- Preview — quick overview of key data without opening the form
- More actions — delete reservation and other operations depending on permissions
