¶ Search options
The Search section offers two ways to find reservations - one filters the current calendar view, the other searches the entire system.
Supported operators:
*
Asterisk – Wildcard
The
* symbol replaces any number of letters. Finds everything that starts (or ends) with the text you type.trans* → finds "transport", "transfer", "transit"
+
Plus – AND
The record must contain both words at the same time.
+Smith +London → finds records containing both "Smith" and "London"
|
Vertical bar – OR
The record only needs to contain at least one of the words.
Smith|Smithson → finds "Smith" or "Smithson"
-
Minus – Exclusion
The record must not contain the word written after the minus sign.
London -cancelled → finds records with "London", but without "cancelled"
"..."
Quotes – Exact phrase
Finds exactly these words in exactly this order.
"ABC Transport" → finds exactly "ABC Transport", not just "ABC" or "Transport"

- Filters reservations currently displayed in the calendar
- Works only for:
- the selected day
- the current branch
- Ideal for quickly locating a reservation in the time schedule

- Searches reservations across the entire system
- Independent of the selected date or branch
- You can search by:
- reservation number
- company name
- user
- vehicle licence plate
