¶ Reservation status overview
The Legend section provides an overview of reservation statuses and their meaning throughout the handling process.
It helps users understand each step of the transport from reservation creation to its completion.
¶ Approved / Rejected
After approval or rejection, an email notification is sent to the user.
This status determines whether the reservation is accepted for execution.
¶ Vehicle on Site
Records the arrival of the vehicle at the company premises.
This status is usually recorded by the gatehouse or an automated system.
¶ Processing in Progress
Indicates the start of loading or unloading at the dock.
The reservation is in an active processing state.
¶ Processing Completed
Indicates the completion of handling at the dock.
The shipment is ready for departure.
¶ Vehicle Left the Site
Records the departure of the vehicle from the company premises.
This step marks the end of the handling process.
¶ Delivered
Confirms that the goods have been delivered to the destination.
This status is mainly used for shipments with tracking.
¶ Not Completed
The reservation could not be carried out.
The reason is specified in the reservation detail.
