This guide walks you through the basic steps of working with Time Slot Control. Each section briefly introduces a topic and links to detailed documentation.
If you are using the application for the first time, we recommend going through the sections in the order listed.
Time Slot Control is a cloud application for booking loading and unloading time slots. It allows you to plan vehicle arrivals, monitor transport status in real time and communicate with carriers.

Your login credentials are sent by the administrator by email after your account is approved.

After logging in, click your profile picture or name in the top-right corner to open Account management.

After logging in, the main dock schedule is displayed - an overview of today's reservations.
Use the switcher in the top-right corner to switch between four views:

If your company operates multiple branches, select the active branch at the top of the screen.
Grey hatched areas in the schedule are unavailable - they are blocked by opening hours, an exception, or are in the past.
The time slot duration is calculated automatically:

Each reservation goes through a status workflow. The current status is shown as a pictogram directly in the schedule.

| Pending approval | Awaiting approval by an editor |
| Approved | Confirmed, vehicle may arrive |
| Rejected | Rejected by an editor |
| Vehicle on site | Carrier has arrived at the premises |
| Processing in progress | Loading / unloading has started |
| Processing complete | Handling finished |
| Vehicle departed | Carrier has left the premises |
| Delivered | Shipment confirmed as delivered |
| Not completed | Transport did not take place |
Reservations can be searched using the search field at the top of the application. Enter a licence plate, company name, order number or any text from the reservation.
Available only if your administrator has activated this module.
The Stack of orders contains pre-prepared transports (usually imported from an ERP system). Instead of filling in the form manually, you select an order, add it to the basket and create a reservation from the basket with pre-filled data.
Order statuses: Unconfirmed → Confirmed → Basket → Reserved
