This guide walks you through the basic steps of working with Time Slot Control from the perspective of the Editor role. Each section briefly introduces a topic and links to detailed documentation.
Compared to an end user, an Editor has extended permissions - they can approve and reject reservations, manage transport progress, edit records of other users, and work with reports.
If you are using the application for the first time, we recommend going through the sections in the order listed.

Newly created reservations have the status "Pending approval" and are waiting for editor action.
Click "Pending approval" in the left menu - a list of all reservations awaiting your action is shown. Reservations can be approved or rejected individually or in bulk by selecting them and clicking "Approve selected". The eye icon shows the reservation's position in the schedule.
Click a reservation in the dock schedule - the reservation detail opens - click Approve or Reject.
When rejecting, you can enter a reason that will be visible to the carrier.
The action dialog opens by clicking an approved reservation in the schedule. It is used to record the progress of a shipment in real time.
Approved → Vehicle arrived → Handling started → Handling completed → Vehicle departed
Each step records the time of the action and the user who performed it.

Each reservation goes through a status workflow. The Editor can actively change individual statuses via the action dialog.
Available only if your administrator has activated this feature.
If IPP approval is enabled, a reservation goes through two phases before final confirmation:
Manual IPP: The editor decides which reservations to send to IPP using the IPP button in the "Pending approval" list.
Automatic IPP: The system automatically forwards reservations based on the "Manufacturer" field in the reservation form (matched against the company short name in the register).
After the IPP approver responds, the reservation returns to the "Pending approval" list with the IPP Approval Status column showing Approved / Rejected / Not required.
Reservations can be searched using the search field at the top of the application. Enter a licence plate, company name, order number or any text from the reservation. The search field supports special operators for more precise filtering.
The Editor can additionally filter by status, date or carrier in the reservation list. A reservation table view with filters, sorting and export is also available.

The Stack of orders contains pre-prepared transports (usually imported from an ERP system). Instead of filling in the form manually, you select an order, add it to the basket and create a reservation from the basket with pre-filled data.
Order statuses: Unconfirmed - Confirmed - Basket - Reserved
Unlike end users, the Editor sees all orders in the stack regardless of carrier. The editor can:

Transport auctions allow a carrier to be selected via competitive bidding. The editor creates an auction from the Stack of orders and publishes it to selected carriers.
Once published, selected carriers receive a notification and can submit price offers. The editor then selects the winning carrier - the order moves to the Stack of orders for that carrier, who creates a reservation.

The Reports section in the left menu. Most reports support filtering by date, branch and dock, and Excel export.
